After the pools are released from the moulds, they stay for 8 hours in the oven to obtain a 99% polymerization. A quality inspection is done at the end of the production process. After the pools leave the oven, all pre-assembly is done : underwater lights, inlets, skimmer and drain for the models without cover and also overflow system, cover and connection for the vacuum cleaner for the models with cover.

The security cover is available in standard grey (and white and light blue). Vita Pools also envisaged a safety ledge on which the cover can rest in the event of fall.
