After the pools are released from the moulds, they stay for 8 hours in the oven to obtain a 99% polymerization. A quality inspection is done at the end of the production process. After the pools leave the oven, all pre-assembly is done : underwater lights, overflow system, cover, inlets and drain.

Vita Pools hulls are standard equipped with an automatic security cover, available in blue and grey. Vita Pools also envisaged a safety ledge on which the cover can rest in the event of fall.
